Project Management for the development of an office core and terrace in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City
The project involves the development of an office core and terrace area of 407 m2.
The first phase consists of preliminary works, surface foundation with concrete blocks, PTR columns and IR beams. The roof system will be based on a Multipanel sheet.
The second phase includes preliminary work, metal structure, masonry, drywall, painting, finishing, coatings, carpentry, window frames, electrical installation, plumbing installation and cleaning. Investment of $10.76 MDP
