Remodeling of the Esmeralda Tower Offices

On-site ongoing supervision of the Contractor's progress to ensure proper development of the office remodeling project in Torre Esmeralda II

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:


The project seeks to modernize existing spaces in the corporate offices, implementing furniture and work areas that allow for the development of different types of activities under variable conditions.

The remodeling includes the implementation of Phone Boots, Quiet Rooms and Fish Tanks to isolate sound. Meeting Rooms and Video Classrooms fully equipped with voice, data and acoustics. Breastfeeding Area and cafeterias for the comfort of workers.

The works include the installation of Electrochromic Films to allow vision between spaces or privacy depending on the preferences and policies of the user.

The change of all electrical, hydraulic, fire protection and air conditioning installations was carried out.

In total, 2,200 m2 were worked on with capacity for 80 workers plus 10 meeting rooms available.


This includes review of estimates, process support, review of the Executive Project and As Built Project file, calculation of physical-financial progress, progress report in 3D BIM Model, coordination of conciliation meetings with contractors, documentation of pending issues, generation of Punch Lists, among others.
