The building is located on 24th Street between 25th and 27th, in the Montebello neighborhood of the city of Merida, Yucatan. The building is located in an area with buildings of the same class and in its surroundings with a commercial area of ​​great impact for the city. It is made up of a ground floor where the parking lot is located, 4 levels with 20 apartments and a Roof Garden.

Due to the type of rocky and superficial soil that characterizes the state of Yucatan, a set of isolated footings was used for the foundation. The property has an approximate area of ​​1,094.00 m2.

Located in Naucalpan de Juarez, State of Mexico, risks and incidents are identified, compliance with the executive project is verified, recommendations of good practices, calculation of physical-financial progress and projections of flow and execution of the project.

To achieve this objective, constant site visits are made to verify progress and quality of the work, generating comments on the documents that make up the Project and reporting progress in the 3D BIM MODEL.

● The project has 66 thousand rentable square meters that will be distributed between offices, a commercial area, a department store, a movie theater, and a hospital.

● The development seeks to meet the demand of the health sector in the area since there are mostly only low-capacity clinics or health centers.

● The project was structured with columns and ribbed slabs of post-tensioned concrete.

● Concretes with a resistance of up to F'C = 600 kg/cm2 have been used.

● For the logistics of excavation and earthmoving, a ramp was used on an embankment to extract material in the first phases of the project. Later, a sequence was established in levels with equipment staggered in series to extract the remaining material.

Two self-supporting tower cranes are used to supply the material.
