The service was Construction Supervision, in all stages of construction, identification of risks and/or delays with the preventive criterion, calculation of materials for later acquisition by the developer. Weekly and monthly reports were generated, where the activities described above were reported.

The apartment building was built on an area of ​​approximately 473 m2. The basement will house a two-level parking lot.

A foundation based on a foundation box was considered, made up of different reinforced concrete modulations.

The construction process of the floor slabs was based on reticular slabs, reinforced with steel rods that formed the beams and ribs according to the structural project, lightened by means of polystyrene coffers.

The vertical structure of the building was made up of reinforced concrete load-bearing walls, which in turn divided the spaces, having two functions. The building has two bodies, one front and one back, which house apartments.

The foundation involved excavation with great caution due to the existing adjacent buildings, where recommendations were made for the reinforcement of the buildings.

The pouring was done by means of a stationary pump, for the concrete calculations, distance criteria were taken into account considering waste with the objective of having monolithically cast elements and avoiding cold joints.
