The warehouses are located in an industrial park that seeks to cover the demand for transportation and storage in the northern part of the country. Particularly the north of Monterrey and its connection with Laredo on the border with the United States.
Currently Nuevo León is positioned as the third entity with the largest economy in the country, while it is the second in terms of the service industry and the third in terms of manufacturing.
The warehouses have 47,000 m2 and have been operating since 2017 for the storage of products, mainly auto parts, mechanical equipment and light industry.
The park has connections to water and electricity supply services, the latter having an electrical substation within the park.
