Churu Industrial Building

Industrial infrastructure project in Mexico City in which TEMOCSA acts as Owner Representative

Industrial infrastructure project in which TEMOCSA acts as Owner Representative, carrying out technical support activities, identification, management and planning of risk mitigation, identification of eventualities in the work, generation of periodic reports where the physical-financial progress is reported.

To achieve this objective, constant site visits are made to inspect properties and take photographic records, to complement the comments produced by the review of documents that make up the Project.

● The project will have a last mile distribution application, which refers to the reception and subsequent distribution of a product to the end customer, being able to store it briefly for the necessary logistics.

● Of the 35,000 m2 of the property, 26,000 m2 will be built for the warehouses that make up the project.

●It also has a “value-add” characteristic, as it tries to use an existing property and recondition it, minimizing the impact and resources required for its upgrading.

● It is located at a strategic point to handle the flow of merchandise between several transportation axes; Calzada de Tlalpan, Circuito Interior and Av. Taxqueña.

To achieve this goal, some existing buildings will be demolished to create a modern structure that will accommodate more vehicles and improve circulation.
