Biweekly visits to the project to verify progress, detect problems, take photographic evidence, and laboratory tests. Monthly report with calculation of physical-financial progress.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project aims to provide residential, commercial, service and recreational areas that blend harmoniously with the surrounding jungle characteristic of the Yucatan coastal beach area.
The development is located next to the state highway between Mérida and San Crisanto, so it has close connections to Motul, Dzilam de Bravo, Telchac and Progreso.
The Master Plan was designed in Clusters grouped through main roads that provide the land with electricity and water supply.
There is also an area for Commercial Lots at the roadside to provide a product offering for both the development and the users of the State Highway.
The project involves a series of amenities within the premises for the comfort and recreation of users, including a sports park, green areas, a barbecue center, clubhouses and a social club.
The project has typical roads of the area known as “Calles Blancas” (White Streets) derived from the color of the characteristic material of the area.
Of the 135 hectares that the project has, there are 10 km of internal roads, which represents 74,000 square meters of surface and about 9,000 cubic meters of material.
