SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Monitoring project progress to control physical and financial progress and issuing technical recommendations.

Biweekly visits to the project to verify progress, detect problems, collect photographic evidence, and perform laboratory tests.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The development is located near the Mérida – Chixculub Highway, so it has close connections to Progreso, Telchac and Motul.
The project has residential lots with water and electricity supply services. Additionally, recreational areas were implemented for users, including sports and social zones.
The master plan aims to provide residential, commercial, service and recreational areas that blend harmoniously with the surrounding jungle, characteristic of the Yucatan coastal beach area.
The development has typical roads of the area known as “White Streets” derived from the color of the characteristic material of the area.
Of the 59 hectares of the project, there are 9.3 km of internal roads, which represents 96,000 square meters of surface area and approximately 11,500 cubic meters of material.
