SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Monitoring of project progress to control physical-financial progress and issuing technical recommendations.

Weekly visits to the project to verify progress, detect problems, take photographic evidence, laboratory tests. Monthly report with calculation of physical-financial progress.

Presence during key project activities to verify its correct execution. Verification of the Executive Project, Quantification of progress by item.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project aims to complement the amenity spaces available for the Komunah Real Estate Development to provide exclusive access to the sea, as well as incorporate recreational options for families.

It is located on the beach in San Crisanto, so it has close connections to Motul, Dzilam de Bravo, Telchac and Progreso.

There is a parking area, reception, administrative area, kitchen, bathrooms, restaurant, Kids Club, pool and beach area.
